DA VINCI CODE.
“Da Vinci Code” is the most famous novel by Dan Brown. It is a detective story or thriller about the “Holy Grail” legend, published in 2003. It is a bestseller and has been translated into 44 languages.
The book tells the story of Robert Langdon, a famous ancient history professor, who is involved in the murder of an art historian in the Louvre Museum in Paris. The historian’s niece, Sophie, helps him to escape, because she thinks that a shady business may be behind her uncle's dead.
In the first place, you get trapped by this novel from beginning to end. Moreover, it is an easy-reading book because it is intriguing and does not stop on description with full detail, but even so you can imagine all without any problem.
In fact, Dan Brown uses an appropiate language so, although he talks about different unknown theories you can understand them easily, and what is more, he gets you to question the “Catholic religion”.
On the other hand, the Catholic Church was very annoyed with this book. They explain to defend their opinions that Dan Brown mixes true facts with fake stories in this novel, and for this reason people can mix reality and fiction.
In my opinion “Da Vinci Code” is the best book by Dan Brown. I have read other books written by him, but you can not compare. This one is a gripping book full of mysteries you can read looking forward to the unpredictable ending.
